OLUMC offers ADA-assisted viewing site

For the first time, designated ADA seating will be provided during Pride Parade on the campus of Oak Lawn United Methodist Church. Any who need ADA parking can also find a designated lot at the office of Jaime Vasquez, MD at Wellborn and Dickason. From that lot, attendees can follow the signs to ADA seating. Escorts will be available to any who might need help during the short walk. On the Oak Lawn campus, attendees will also have access to cool water, ADA accessible bathrooms, and an air-conditioned space to cool down. A paramedic will also be on-hand to help with any medical needs that might arise. if you have any questions, please contact Lisa Hancock at lisa.hancock@olumc.org. And, many thanks to Dr. Vasquez for allowing us to use his parking lot to provide ADA parking!

This newly added ADA assistance site is in addition to the previously announced area at Throckmorton St. and Cedar Springs Road next to JR’s Bar and Grill. #DallasPride
