A NOTE TO ALL VENDORS (Wristbands, Tickets, Parking):

Online sales of Vendor Wristbands have ended. If you need extra Vendor Wristbands you will need to purchase them on site during Vendor Load In on Friday from 12pm-7pm. However you may not need the wristbands. Please see below.

The only difference between Vendor Wristbands and General Admission tickets is Vendor Wristbands allow you access to the vendor parking lot and allow you to be on the festival grounds before 11am on Saturday. Please note vendors only received 1 or 2 parking passes depending on the size of their booth. If you have volunteers coming to man your booth who will not arrive till after 11 am they would be fine with general admission tickets. Since each vendor only gets 1 or 2 parking spots the majority of your extra volunteers will be parked in public lots, or arrive by DART or Ride Share services. If you still require vendor wristbands you can purchase them when you check in at the vendor load in on Friday.

If your folks can use general admission tickets those can be purchased online at https://dallaspride2019millerlite.simpletix.com Each ticket has it’s own QR code so we suggest printing them all at once so you can physically hand the tickets out to ensure no one gets the same QR Code. Note you aren’t required to list each individuals name if you don’t know it. We will not be matching ID’s with names on the tickets at the gate.

If you are a returning user to our online application system:

You simply need to login on, select your items, generate and pay the invoice as last year. We suggest logging in ahead of time to ensure you have your username and password correct.

Food Vendors

If you are interested in becoming a Food Vendor at the 2019 Miller Lite Music Festival at Fair Park, please be patient while this process is being updated. We will let you know as soon as this is available.

New Users:

You will need to follow the link to create an online account. Once you have entered your information, you will receive a verification email. If you do not receive a verification email, please check your junk folder. Once you have verified your account, you can login on to complete the application process.

You must select the items you wish to purchase, generate an invoice then pay that invoice. If you need to add items after you have generated and paid the invoice, you will have to select the new items, generate a new invoice and pay the new invoice.


Clicking the 'Go To Registration' link above will take you to our new registration process.

  • First, you will need to Register by creating an account for you or your organization.
  • Select your Organization Type: Non-Profit Organization Local For-Profit Organization Corporate Employee Group National or Franchised Business
  • Complete all the contact information (remember your password)
  • Click Register.
  • You will then receive an email to verify your email address. (Check your Spam Folder as it may fall in there.)
  • You must verify your email address to continue.
  • Once you click Confirm Email Address, you will be taken to your REGISTRATION DASHBOARD.


From here, you can gather the information and documentation you need to become a Festival or Parade participant. Review and accept documents, lock in your reservations, as well as manage payments. Here you will also receive all the instruction you need to ensure you arrive at Pride ready for the party! Below is a list of the items that you will need to complete to participate in the Dallas Pride Celebration.

  • Download, read, complete and upload all required documents.
  • Reserve your space at the Celebration by navigating to Parade or Festival Spaces and adding your selections to an order.
  • Finalize your order by generating an invoice, and paying by credit card or check.
  • All Packets are given out at the mandatory meeting.


Parade line-up of participants will be determined by the order in which registrations are received. The earlier you register, the closer to the front of the parade you will be located. REGISTRATIONS ARE NOT FINAL UNTIL FULL PAYMENT HAS BEEN RECEIVED. You have 48 hours to complete payments via credit cards. Checks must be received within 14 days. You can log out of your registration process and return at a later time. Please keep in mind the payment deadlines mentioned above.
